Hi,
This feeling of annihilation or dying that I've been having has led me in a fascinating direction. Going into the feeling I felt "I am dying". I was then struck by the incongruity of this statement. How could i be dying if i was right there saying i was dying? So i was off thinking.."When am i dying? Now? But I'm here having this experience of dying" I'm living saying I'm dying and if i were dead i would not be able to say "i am dying" So I'm living as much as I'm dying" It's as if the single meaning on it's own lost it's absolute truth and became an interpretation. It became equally, even more true to say "I am living"

It's fascinating to me because I've seen this kind of thing before. I think I and very probably humans in general suffer from "binary opposites mutually exclusive disorder": The mistaken belief that polar opposites are exclusive to each other rather than interdependent. It's got me thinking, if dying and death concepts/feelings that describe the idea rather than the reality, what else is this true of? Love? Hate? I strongly suspect "masters" are simply people who simply choose to interpret reality in a way that feels good.

Chris.

Spend some time with that, see what else it is you could be doing, thinking, feeling, being, saying if you are right there saying you are doing, thinking, feeling, being, saying.
