Reading and participation on this bulletin board has recently led me to form some very uneducated gut feeling observations about those who post here. Who asked me for my stupid opinion you say? Nobody!!!

Why am I sharing this? Just for fun maybe.

No naming names and no intentional insults, but in a nutshell, there are a few distinguishable types on my radar.
#1 = People who speak/write from the heart. They bare their souls without pretense. They are kind people, straightforward, incredibly smart, genuine, and empathetic. They know what's what, but they dont feel a need to prove to anyone that they know what's what. They're the kind of people that make the world a better place, a happier place. Thank God for #1s!!
#2 = People who seem caught up in themselves, or the idea of themselves maybe, or maybe caught up in something else that makes them appear to be caught up in themselves?

They want so much to help others along.....partly because they honestly believe they know more and are just a little more "spiritually evolved" than others. Partly because they want to put on a tank top and zubaz pant and flex their muscles for everyone. "Look at how insightful I am! Look at how smart I am! You can't even understand me because I'm so f***ing intellectual and creative!"
#3 = People with a writing style similar to a Courtney Love blog. Disjointed, stream of consciousness, a little schizo at times, run-on sentences, a lot of words with not a lot of substance, a lot of self-indulgence (that's everyone I suppose), but still you can tell they would probably be pretty awesome to hang out with in real life.
#4 = People don't post all that often, who can say a lot with few words, but sometimes choose to use a lot of words. Amazingly clever, imaginitive people who you just know you could learn a ton from. We would all be fortunate to know them.
#5 = The people-pleasers. They just want to get a long with everyone!
#6 = People who shoot their mouths off for the fun of it to interact with types 1-5 because they truly feel that we can all offer each other something. Sometimes these people might not know what the hell they're talking about, but take a stab anyway because it's the kind of thing that makes life interesting.
It might be obvious that I'm #6, so being true to my #6 form, I feel I must go on to speculate that the #2s probably view themselves as #4s. Those #2s rarely see themselves! A lot of time those #2s like to think there's no such thing as themselves, or their faults are an illusion so why bother changing or addressing what isn't real?

The real #4 people would probably never bother to read this post. The #1s and #5s would recognize themselves humbly.

The #3 people are wild cards, impossible to predict.

There it is!
Ooooops there's #7 too = all or some of the above at times. But not to recognize the #1-#6 would be boring and not worth posting this indulgent, shot-in-the-dark, tongue-in-cheek, tacky exercise in the first place.
