For me, given that the universe is eternal, then it was not created.

Given that every day 243, 000 babies are born to die just like us, I would have to say that we need some major new management.

The God concept doesn't appear to be foundational in the fact that humanity has extended the life span by 40 percent in 160 years.

This is an act of science, and scientists.
Religion seems not much involved in physical immortality.

Looks to me like immortality is being caused, and only caused, by human intent.

Looks like we are God when that's what we create together.

So, Please create, Together, Physical Immortality, faster.

Thank you so much for sharing this with us. Live your truth and passions- that is wonderful. :)
We are spiritual beings (immortal, eternal, everlasting) having a human experience.
The experience in form is to help us individually, as pieces of God, create and define Who We Are. This is God's experience of Who He Is. Therefore, God is Us experiencing Itself.
We are All One- Source, energy, Being. We are All That Is- the Energy of Love which is God. I know that I have this physical form called the body to percieve, remember, and experience Who I Am through which I Am Not. (You have to have one to have the other)- and God IS All That Is and Is Not. When I "die", I shed my current form, then see my body and remember Who I Am instantaneously, delving into the realm of Ultimate Reality, basically exploding in "space" and "time" that is Energy (God) and All That Is- then I decide to take on another form in order to experience More of Who I Am- it is a circling process- eternal, which NEVER ceises- therefore, there is no "death".
Thank you again for sharing- makes me feel so good. :)

Istopdeath,

Thank you for sharing. If I may share my beliefs on the topic...

I agree with Ocean_mom when she says
Quote:

This human experience is the physical experience, which, in my belief, the Universe is a part of. To me, the Universe (as we know it) is not eternal...it had a starting point. The manifestation of God (which is how I define the Universe and everything in it) is the EXPRESSION of God, God experiencing Godself referentially...it is not the SOURCE, but of the Source. We, who we truly are, is of that SOURCE, we call God. Therefore, we "experience" our physical life through the senses and emotions but we "experience" that which we truly are (which is eternal, God) when we go beyond the physical and reconnect with the Source that gave birth to all manifestation.

There is GOD - but there is God unmanifest (Source - that infinite field of potentiality) and God manifest (Universe). God manifest is referential, God unmanifest is absolute. It is within the manfested experience that we find out who we truly are and are not - and ready ourselves for our journey back to our true identity, which is the Source...God.

All joy in this human life is but joy. All pain in this human life is but lessons learned that will lead to joy. To let go, to surrender, to be thankful and to forgive, is to live from that place called Soul - the Godness within the very fabric of this life experience.

Love and light,

Jazzpoet
